It's vital for growth) to atleast 5'4 or 5'5+. you'll have to do more than taller people to stand out or have a presence but atleast you won't be 5'1 forever.

my father is 5'4 and my moms 5'3 and im 5'10. Genuinely just eat and sleep you WILL grow eventually, play a sport. Chatgpt isnt super just stick with your doctor report estimate and my estimate. If you can go ahead and call your doctor up and ask him to estimate your bone age

u should go and see a private endocrinologist,tell that ur worried about ur height.Do blood work,check your testosterone levels,gh levels,igf1 levels,thyroid panel,liver,and other shit.


If it’s low(even borderline low in some cases) - a doctor might prescribe you hgh legally.First it will be low doses (1-2iu) but you could possibly negotiate to 3 or even 4 iu.

However:the doctor might not give you hgh.
In that case you should get it yourself
then you tell the doctor that you’re gonna do it anyway,but you want to do it smart.You tell that you want to do blood work,other checkups.You want the doctor to monitor you.

I don't know how you got 2.6 months since I didn't include that specific number in my estimation chart, but if you calculated that then thats probably 6-ish months within it being correct

if you're doing this out of curiosity then you can stick with what you calculated or try and estimate more, if you're planning on acting on something based on your growth plates status you can get it evaluated at a radiologist's office
