Im currently carb cycling, using retinol, volufiline, and hyaluronic acid, neck curls, gym, FBEOD and 10k steps at least on days Im weight training and 20k+ on days Im not, Im also trying thumb pulling and chin tucks although Im pretty sure they are cope just thought I would try for a couple months.
