Anyone wanna rate me in dms Im going schizophrenic I feel like a sub3 some days and others I feel like htn I have lost full aspect of what I actually look like idk. Give advice and what I should do. No bullshit cope methods please.

Im currently carb cycling, using retinol, volufiline, and hyaluronic acid, neck curls, gym, FBEOD and 10k steps at least on days Im weight training and 20k+ on days Im not, Im also trying thumb pulling and chin tucks although Im pretty sure they are cope just thought I would try for a couple months.
