Bro it's hard for me to put muscle on frame, I can bench press 90 kg and squat 120 but look like twig cause of height and some fat

No I'm in lockdown for three years can't meet women, don't have much of a social life. No matter tho once this shit is over I'm gonna mog. I've only got into fight with that Korean guy.

Good progress. As you start to reach diminishing returns on what you can get from the gym, I recommend you still keep going to maintain but also:

You have a build similar to mine, Forearm training is good for us (in addition to the normal lifts)



The reason is, forearms are what is visible in a T-Shirt, and rolled up dress shirt, while other muscles are hidden so people will focus more on our forearms, as well as neck and shoulders. Because being tall, our muscles are more stretched out, and the forearm is usually smaller than the upper arms; People may think we aren't as muscular when dressed but specifically training our forearms can help.

Also, as you get comfortable with your gym routine, and are ready to start adding more, you may want to think about a skincare routine for acne, and teeth whitening if you haven't already done that. Teeth whitening really was a big boost in my SMV as silly as it sounds.

Anyways. Good Job. Keep Going.

I'm not putting you down, I wasn't able to do any better myself even with 4 years of natty training and everything dialed in. Even on tons of gear with everything dialed in it was tough. Just the reality of avg genetics and training natty

Search on google. Also need to know what you consider impressive. As far as I care any transformation in which the after is > 22-23ffmi is impressive, since that's the ideal range. Go after 26 and you're on bloated ogre tier.

Imo 99% of transformations that claim natty with a similar starting point are enhanced

I have the exact same body as you. Same height and lankiness. Fuck what anyone says, when it's all said and done you'll look great at that height. Just going to be a long tough road, especially natty.

I think outdoor is better for a main pic. But you look a little angry in both pics. So maybe if you do some meditation/yoga before taking another picture, and take another outdoors it could be good. Also there are some face hairs that are little long in the outdoor pic, so you might want to shave those to make sure it's all the same length first.

Dating apps are extremely hard. Only the top 1% of guys get any messages, so I would try that to see if you get matches, and then keep thinking about how you can take better pictures, if there's some way you could get some one else to take the picture from further away or set a timer so it's a little more zoomed out, that could be better too.

Weight progress and whats your routine?
Progress isnt top notch even for a natty however you may have gained excess bf and muscle which may have made it harder to tell. If there is a diff it looks like 2lbs muscle gain at most
