So im in a vicious cycle of doomscrolling and yeah you already know the whole deal with that. So ok.
My question here is that I dont want to go full monk mode here and completely eliminate the internet from my life. But I also want to get my dopamine receptors back in check.
Can I get away with watching TV while maintaining a healthy lifestyle (gym/school/walks/etc)
And when I say TV I mean as in educational documentaries and walking tour videos that go so long as like 3 hours and shi
