Can someone tell me if I need bimax or not?

I posted here before saying that my doubt was between bimax and genio + implants. I have visited 4 surgeons so far and I keep getting different opinions. Alfaro almost convinced me of getting bimax but lately some alleged botched cases of him are coming out and I don't know what to do now, one thing is being borderline sub-human and the other is being botched as hell.
