No, sprinting is Zone 1, which means it's 90-100% of your full exertion capacity. That capability is short burst, and doesn't last long. It's taxing on your CNS. 100m sprints, 20-30seconds sprint, 1-2min rest, repeat 5-10x times. Introduce some hill sprints too if you'd like.

Sprinting and steady state cardio will do different things for you.
Sprinting stimulates GH yes. GH spikes during short bursts of absolute maximal effort. It also increases testosterone, which works synergistically with GH. Sprinting can also indirectly increase IGF-1 activity, because GH stimulates IGF-1 production in the liver.

Sprinting mogs. Don't over do it tho, and don't do it daily.

yeah man it'll boost it by 2000% for 5 minutes, so you end up with an extra 0.1 IUs produced per day
