Could it have an effect? Yes. Is it significant? No, not even a little bit. Creatine boosts DHT and affects muscle function (including strength and leanness), so not only could it improve your overall bone mass (and this extends to your jaw area), but it also could make your masseter muscles appear bigger.

HOWEVER, this effect is so small and so indirect that it is unlikely to cause a significance difference in your appearance, actually, it is NOT gonna change how you look at all. Despite that creatine has so many more benefits for looksmaxxing and your overall health (skeletomuscular, cognitive, cardiac, metabolic) so take it anyways.

DHT does not grow bones lil bro. Testosterone, E2, HGH, and IGF1 grow bones. But not DHT.

I'm 99% sure DHT does have an effect on bone mass, both direct and indirect. DHT stimulates osteoblastic proliferation and differentiation, leading to increased bone formation and it also inhibits bone resorption.

There's some research on this, for example a study found that for every standard deviation increase in DHT (0.23 ng/ml), the risk of hip fracture dropped by 26% (PMCID: PMC9060596). The study concluded that "Future studies should elucidate the mechanisms by which DHT affects bone health.", there's more but I am not going to do research on this topic for something on this forum. However, there are in fact some associations with high DHT and bone mineral density, although it's the ways on which that works are not very clear.

SO VERY TECHNICALLY, I'm not wrong since the science is not conclusive, but it shows positive effects.

Creating will bloat you a bit, but when you aren’t trying to devilish activly or in the final stages of a cut, take it, if afraid of bloating just reduce your salt intake instead. It has sooo many benefits. However it’s not gonna do anything noticeable to your masseters. It will however help your skin, brain health, strength and muscle building

These seem pretty conclusive to me.

Patients with dihydrotestosterone deficiency present normal bone mineral density, suggesting that dihydrotestosterone is not the main androgen acting in bone.

The two guys on the left have 0 DHT (literally) and they still have a normal bone structure and an identical height, bone density and skeletal mass to their healthy siblings, it have a higher binding affinity to the androgen receptor but it doesn't cause the same physiological response.
The pubertal growth spurt (for men) is also induced by testosterone and not DHT.

Also 5AR is not very active in bone tissues and DHT is mainly a paracrine hormone (i.e it acts where it's produced while testosterone acts on the whole body despite being produced in the testes).

Test, E2, hgh and igf1 are what cause bone growth, not DHT.
