Can topical finasteride (2.275 mg/ml) applied onto hair, reduce acne on my face?

I can't take Accutane anymore, too many bad side-effects. I've tried almost every therapy, seen different dermatologists

yes it can. dht often causes acne and topical fin reduces dht systematically

are u german? i only know this concentration from the german fin brand "fynzur"
