i know accutane can shrink it but can tret? i have been using tret everywhere but my nose. has anyone seen a difference? and was it their alar base? because that’s what i need smaller

wide alar base = good athleticism. Look at every good athlete, even the white ones all mogger wide alar bases coming from a guy with a european nose it isnt a bad thing at all and should be at the bottom of your prioritys. How many guys get rejected cuz of their noses? none

no it will make ur nose tip sharper, theoretically you could make ur nose slimmer by pinching it then heating it up
