Can trimax improve cheekbones / cheew hollowness

Especially with a small lefort but a big ccwr bsso and chin movement. Shouldnt it stretch the skin without leaving the cheekbones behind? Would ramus widening help with pronouncing cheekbones?

I will get about 10 degrees of ccwr and around 14 mm chin movement (8mm BSSO 6mm genio). What would that do regarding the zygos and midface? Shall I DM my rough plan?
