If you feel the need to cut after just 4 months of bulking then you are gaining far too quickly. You should just slowly bulk for 9 months.

For this short of a time genetics play a huge role, like is your chest flared out, or caved in, shoulders especially, id say if yiu jave decent genetics then yea prob 9months is enough
