If youre lean enough with the right genes for it, sure. For example, i lose fat in my face very quickly when cutting and loss alot of fat on my face, to the point where if i get around 10% bodyfat i can look sickly to some people. So it entirely depends how your body loses fat. Some people can get to 10% bodyfat and still have chubby cheeks. I have proper facial bones at 15-20% bodyfat. The downside is for me to get proper abs i have to cut very low, lower than most people. While others have abs at like 14% bodyfat, i need to get lower to see them properly
