Can we discuss Myonuclei theory

Basically there is a theory that say you had run a cycle of 500 test in the past and achieved a certain physique.

Then you went on TRT but stopped training diet etx and slowly lost size

Would you have to up your dose back to 500 and bulk to achieve that same physique or could you just bulk on your TRT dose to get back to it? Since you already have the myonuclei you are technically not building new muscle?

In most cases, you can bulk back to it on your TRT dose. You're still need to build muscle even if you have the myonuclei but it will be faster.

They say that the more you use gear, the more effective it becomes actually due to increased ar regulation, density and like you said about Myonuclei. So it’s possible with a lower dose
