Can y fix a reccesed mandible and maxilla after 16 with no hardmax

Can u fix it and how could u link threads or advice i will hardmax when im 19 but im currently 16 so for now what is do able i have researched hgh and roids it is hard to tell if there cope or not some threads aay it is and some say they work so ?

it will help but if your recessed at 16 you’ll probably stay recessed without surgery
