Can you afford to get punched in the face if you got implants?

Let’s say I were to get wraparound jaw implants + zygo implants + buccal fat removal

Would my face get fucked up if I happened to get into a fight and I got punched several times?

If it would then that sucks bc you would have to make sure nothing happens to your face as long as you have the implants

The problem would not be the implants surviving a punch but the survival of the underlying bone. Implant materials like titanium,PEEK and medpor are capable of holding more stress than the bone itself. Because they would have less tendency to become loose, a greater amount of force would be transferred to the bone. This increases the chance of alveolar bone fractures.

The upper bone tissue is much more susceptible because it lacks the basal bone support. A severe punch to the face could cause fracture of the bone or even separation of the alveolar bone from the nasal cavity or maxillary sinuses. You could probably take a few punches on ur chin and ur zygomas but anywhere else expect the implant to move, cause fractures and soft tissue injuries

It would be very hard for the fractures and soft tissue injuries to be fixed right

Nah it's just a fracture all fractures are the same. It may or may not require surgery depending on the type of fracture.
