Only two ways I know is modified Lefort 3

And in the future probably MSE with facepulling will be able to rotate maxilla if we will know with which degree we must pull.

Anyone knows other options, LeFort 1 with ccw ?

Rhinoplasty if you have a downturned nose tip.
