I'm not really pro tier, check powerlifting numbers for 80 kg men

My one rep PR on squat is 180 kg, bench is 130 kg

Last time I checked I squatted 315 and I can do 5 pistol squats first time I tried

130 kilogram is damn good too for normies

I did 100 to 110 kilogram a few times

Can't do any, but it's mostly technique related. My mobility, hips, ankles, etc are kinda fucked when it comes to that.

only if you get fat and prioritize lower body progression
I stayed below 12% all year, hit the gym 6 times a week two of them being legs

if I would do that, my legsize would become comical. I can already not find any pants that fit. Do you think lower body training affects upper body gains? I've never seen that effect tbh.
