Can you do both mini chin wing and Ramus widening on condyle axis at the same time during trimax?

I've started ortho this week for a class 2 overbite and due to my 2nd consultation with Ramieri in May, I will ask him if possible to do both procedure during bimax , or either you need to choose one ar another due to pratical reason at the BSSO cut

you guys have any idea ?

my jaw is recessed and narrow around chin so chin wing would benefit most for my case, but I also like the aesthetic effects of larger Ramus

Yes I think you can't put plates so close to one another for practical reasons. Mini chin wing cut replaces your BSSO cut and advance mandible too
