My main concern is like running and jumping, deadlifts, squats n shit are cope anywaysI wouldn't workout in lifts if you do any exercises standing up (squat, deadlift, ohp, etc) since they can place more preasure on the front of your foot and offset your balance. If you're doing chest or exercises laying down then I dont see a problem
