Can you get a flatter occiput by fixing posture and training neck?

Technically no but if you tilt your head forward instead of back, your occipital region will appear flatter. The problem is you will then appear very recessed if you are recessed. That is why people with good maxillary development have a flatter occipital region; they tilt their head forward.
