Can you get a wider face with cosmetic surgery?

My face is too narrow for my body.also a wide face (I think) makes the person look more dominant.are there any procedures one can undergo to add width to the face?

palate expander and hope it pushes ur zygos if not just get jaw and cheek implants or fat graft and hope u dont look like an uncanny freak

nvm do NOT get a palate expander narrow jaw + wide cheekbones will look really fucking weird if u have longface just get implants

wide face looks better imo but theres downsides to it too. can make your ipd look narrower and looks fat and bloated if ur not skinny enough. i always wanted a slightly narrower face
