Can you get almond eye surgery before bimax?

I think I may end up getting almond eye surgery in the next year as long as my bimax won't affect the results in a negative way.

Won't be able to get bimax for 2-3 years so I would like to at least improve my eye area before, is this a bad idea? If so explain why
