I know that during puberty, and working out, getting sufficient nourishment, is important, top priority, even, but I don't have much of an appetite, especially lately, and I usually feel fine, often even better, when I don't eat much, but I don't want to hinder my health and development.
I wonder if nutritional, and caloric needs, are more based on the individual, than what the current consensus is, probably not, though, my physiology points to me probably needing more calories and nutrients, anyway.
If not eating much is bad, (probably is.) what can I do to increase my appetite? (Other than, "JUST BLAST HGH.", lol.)
