Can you get jaw implant after JAW WIDENING SURGERY?

I already had 4-5mm of my jaw widened per side during my bimax through the condyles being rotated outwards.

My jaw is still fairly narrow compared to my cheekbones so I wonder if I can safely get jaw angle implants to widen my jaw an additional 4mm or so?

Or is the risk of it looking uncanny AND masseter dehiscence too high?

yes but the bigger your implant the higher risk of that being unsuccessful, nerve pain, uncanny looks, and all that other bullshit...

4mm is not that big
