can you get scar tissue buildup in 2 weeks?

recently pinning has been annoying, the needle feels more dull entering my abdomen, i have even recorded it and the needle doesnt penetrate as easily as it used to. i pin daily, 5days out of the week i am pinning 2-3x a day, so is my body already forming scar tissue?
