Can you get surgery on low dose accutane ?

Some rhinoplasty surgeon told me that it's necessary to stop accutane at least 6 months before the surgery because it's slows down wound healing. Does this still apply if you are low dosing accutane at 20mg 3 times a week ?. @Clavicular skin looks flawless even tough he is supposed to get surgery in a few weeks so I'm guessing he is still on it.

same here, im on 20 mg twice weekly for maintenance and im curious since the dose is so low.
