Can you get taller after 18?

Is there any way to grow taller after 18? I hit puberty pretty early and I've been at the pretty much same height for the last year or so, and I recently turned 18. I'm not shooting for a lot but I just wish to squeeze out another 2cm if possible, or even likely.
