Can you get upneeq in the uk

I know it’s in the us but I haven’t heard of it being anywhere else, are there any other brands that do the same thing?

not available in the uk, oxymetazoline ophthalmic never got approved there you can maybe try getting it shipped from a us pharmacy but who knows about customs or possibly indiamart
