Which exerrcises dont matter shit cuz you are starting
I would do less volume, 3 sets per muscle. If you do push pull legs u can rest and do 8 days weeks
3 set per muscle literally menas shoulder day = 1 exercise front delt 3 sets, 1 side delt, 1 rear delt.

BUT you gottqa take them to NEAR failure. The logic is less is more type shit

Obviously you could just do more volume but you dont need that shit yet as i can see you are a beginner

Dont worry about minmaxxing rn, just do whatever u feel best.
The main things to go by is:
1. exercise that brings burn but low fatigue (squat is high fatigue exercise because u get tired overall not just muscle)
2. good pump
3. overall enjoyable

Dont forget what matters most is consistency, if you get that down eventually ull minmax everything else

GREAT channel for bodybuilding shit is renaissance periodization

i read that every muscle needs atleast 15sets a week to grow, so i based it around that

how many sets would i need?

honestly you have to find out for yourself g, how quickly your body recovers after a workout is a genetic parameter that varies between everyone

try playing around with the frequency

also like the other guys said, I'd limit it to one or two exercises per muscle, with 2 being for the "important" muscles like chest or lats
