I only ever eat sweet potatoes, steak, beef mince, eggs, chicken, coconut oil, fruits

Alright this has gotten way off course.

You can realistically eat whatever you want. You seem to know I little about stuff.
Try to stick to 40% carbs 35% Protien 25% fats you will be fine. Eat healthy choices over goyslop.
Try to cook from home more than eat out. A lot of people gave u great carb options, both potatoes, rice, sour dough bread. (Honestly love sourdough) Protien red meat, nuts, beans, fish, milk etc. fats avocado, healthier oil choices.

accutane high dose is toxic long term but again, literally the gold standard for acne and a looksmax staple. no idea why you even mentioned accutane regardless? the vitamin a dosage of accutane isnt remotely comparable to eating liver once a week (beef or cod)
