I guess this kinda depends on where you get the implants, but a friend of mine got a genio + jaw angles and nobody gave him any shit because he just told everyone that he was insecure about a skeletal malocclusion and simply wanted to look normal. Of course you don't have to open up to strangers about this since they most likely wont notice anyway. I think normies are mostly fine with aesthetic surgeries as long as you don't bring up looksmaxxing or something related to it.
