Yeah man I don’t do it so hard now because my lips started looking feminine pink levels. I use either a rough towel or my toothbrush

They had a dull, low blood flow look to them. Now it’s like I’m wearing lipstick from doing it. The ice baths from the hoodingmaxxing thread make them even redder lol

Dude just do it when you next go to brush your teeth, scrub them hard and then look in the mirror they will be much redder and nicer looking
