If I were to go overseas and spend a shit ton of money on bimax, but that money wasn’t legal, would my countries government find out? Would I be able to find a blackpilled surgeon that would keep it under the table or at least hidden from my country?

JFL. They’d find out if you sent the money in a single large batch or if you’re investigated in the future and they find a large sum of money that wasn’t declared. But then you’d have to trigger the investigation somehow.
