If someone has good forward growth for example, I've noticed a lot of good fighters have good bone structure

No although allot of fighters have good forward growth and fwhr. Too many factors involved like speed, limb length, skill. Weirdly also the fighters with the massive forward growth and outlandishly big fwhr don't have best chin/durability to punches like you might expect.
