I thought you were meant to take a low dose everyday and then increase it slowly over time and then decrease the dosage once you get better to maintain the positive effects?

yea i checked its status in my country and it's legal but unregulated, meaning I need to get it from basically any other source. It's hard to source it locally for some reason tho

It's a prescription drug here but I can just say I have it, it's not well regulated so I buy 5g for like 1.5 bucks
As for you I'd suggest buy from international sources if you can. You can find 30g for 25 bucks or less
