Yes, and use multiple mirrors if you must. (like the bathroom mirror plus a handheld mirror so you can see all sides)
And for the top, I would recommend wetting your hair and cutting it with scissors instead (gives it better texture when styled, assuming your hair is naturally straight); coming from someone who has given myself multiple haircuts during quarantine.
