Can you use a hair color removal after a perm?

Hey so a week ago i got a curly perm but like 4 months ago i had dyed my hair brunette and it was a permanent hair dye which means it wont go away unless u cut it or just keep waiting till your new hair grows but right now i want to dye it blond like those highlights not that Brazilian one that is like extreme blond-white more like 8.3 golden blonde the problem is i have to use a hair color removal to remove all the dyed hair from 4 months ago and also dye my hair blond which means i might have to bleach it and since its been a week that i got a perm my hair can get ultra damaged i mean i didnt wet my hair at all for the first 3 days then i didnt use any shampoo or conditioner just a leave in conditioner and today i didnt even wet it and it still looks defined zero frizz or any damage. Wyd y'all think should i just do it its a high risk high reward

just dont do it lol, if you then try to color it darker the color will attach to the hair in a weird way because theres no natural red undertones left and will quickly fade to a dirty green color

im saying if you lighten your hair and then dont like it and want to dye it darker again the color will turn out with a weird grey-green tint to it

yeah im getting cooked asf i have like school in a few days so im like in a dilemma rn i saw someone say that u can bleach your hair after a week of perm but if i use a hair color removal rn and then just dye it blond i dont think i'll bleach it im gonna like dye some strands it might not cook my hair
