Can you use any Derma Pen to Microneedle your skin?

Ordered some cheap ass derma pen ($40) like 1 year ago from amazon, only used it on eyebrows till now. Can I use it on my entire face also, or should I get some more expensive one for better results? Also how brutal will the redness be afterwards, should I preferably do it on Friday and stay home the entire weekend?

the redness will be temp (ofc) but it should work on the whole face, and i recommend that you do it on a weekend

Did you try it yourself? How long does it take to do the whole face? I remember doing my eyebrows w like 0.5mm and they were red af for like 3 days

not with a stamp i use a roller but the reddness only stays for like a few hours for me, i dont use it on my whole face bc im still a pubertycel jfl
