Can you use hydrocortisone and tret at the same time?

Im getting tretinoin soon and ill be using it on my nose ofc, but im thinking of trying hydrocortisone as well on the nose, will there be any side effects if u use both at the same time?

try to ease into it, but only do it maybe once every other day for 2 weeks and then stop and then wait like a month and then try again if results aren't adequate. Don't start it until your skin from tret has settled

I wouldn't apply it on the bridge, js keep to the sides
