Can't delete Tinder account

Does this mean I'm shadowbanned? I've been banned before and I know if I was, I wouldn't be able to login.

I'm on a new phone, new phone number, new sim card, no GP account instead paying for Gold through debit card, new IP address (cellular data, no wifi)

I've already contacted support. Wtf is this? I don't wanna waste time with this whereas I have 31 days of subscription on TG.

I know I'm shadowbanned coz if I wasn't I'd be swimming in matches in SEA. Yesterday I had my first new acc and got 900 matches in 2 days, no boost etc. now in another sea country and getting zero

If so, how do i solve this and recreate my acc
