Can’t find any offices in Michigan that do bimax procedures..

I’ve been trying all morning calling offices that say “oral and maxiliofacial” in the description, but when I mention maxillary procedures they tell me that they only do oral surgeries.
Why is it so hard?

it’s safe if they know what they are doing they probably operate based on functionality and not aesthetics

Would they still operate on aesthetics? I mean I do have a recessed maxilla but it doesn’t cause any physical malfunctions.

depends on the surgeon
