Can’t go a day without a certain amount of caffeine

It’s like I have to have atleast 250 mg/day in order for my body and mind to function properly. Without it? I feel a strong crash and withdrawal symptoms get crazy having headaches, mood swings and bad mood in general

Don't feel the need to have it, energy drinks are unhealthy and coffee is disgusting. Only half-decent caffeine source is a high quality pre-workout but i try to stay away from chemicals all together

Good, i just finished cleaning my house. I never feel NOT full of energy, might also be because of ADHD.

If it wasn't heavy raining rn i'd probably be outside with friends.
