Im 15 years old, i weight 83kg for 182cm, im eating 700-800 Calories/ Day, im running/biking/and walking 9-11Km Every 2 days, i eat 800 calories normally, without diets, and that's more than enough for me, I feel like I've tried everything and I'm starting to lose motivation
