I think i was never able to keep a proper sleep schedule for more than 2 weeks and it hurt my growth. My brother is taller than me and only thing he did better than me was sleep at night during our teens years while i was awake like a retard. Its always me since i was kid who was the last to fall asleep no matter where it was.

I sleep like shit, idk how I’m still alive from sleeping like 4 hours a day for past 2 years

I feel permanently fatigued yet alert as well
