What pill or shit makes you fall asleep and feel energetic all day? School starting and I can’t sleep i close my eyes but can’t fucking fall asleep. I need something that i can use everyday so no sleep pill or shit. Melatonin may help but i am not so hyped about it. Thoughts?

Do your homework at school/as soon as you get home and study for two hours daily. You can still rest well regardless. If you go to the gym and it’s a workout day then dnr the homework for that day
