Can't sleep

Have to take melatonin every night. During the day I can somewhat cope, but at night i'm truly left alone with my thoughts and I realize how shit my life is, how time is moving and that it's basically inevitable that i'll rope before 30.
Fucking hate this shit rock we're on.
