I get it I'm 6'2 (I am actually probably 6'1 but I lie to make myself feel better). Just be happy you are 5'10, wear 1.5in shoes and claim 6ft. If you get called on it you can joke it off because you aren't short enough were you will be judged. IE 'haha I'm almost 6ft tho!'

If you get that surgery you will be a lifetime cripple.
