Can’t stop comparing myself to others, and it’s ruining my life genuinely

If I’m enjoying myself I’ll think about how others are enjoying themselves more in a situation I could’ve been in had I made a different choice in life. If I achieve something I think about how others achieved it earlier in life. Cancerous cycle, can never be happy. Even if I become a slayer I will think about how other slayers became a slayer earlier in life and slayed hotter girls
