I'm not fat i mean im kinda now I used to 14% now im like 25% body fat. The problem is that I've recently started eating a lot. I heard that smoking cigarettes helps speed up metabolism, redusse hunger and have diuretic effect and since I don't think it's a big problem for now to reach point to buy reta, I think I'll logically do it, also dont care about no lung cancer.
